Hotel Reservations The Wyndham Phoenix room block is full. There are rooms available at the Hotel San Carlos. When making your reservations, call 602-253-4121 and be sure to mention that you are with the "AFVI Clean Cities" group. This room block is being held until April 28, 2006. However, it is possible that the block will sell out prior to that date; so it is recommended that you make your reservation as soon as possible. The Hotel San Carlos is located at 202 N. Central Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85004

Congress Rates
Room Rate: $129/night, single or double occupancy - The cutoff date for this rate is April 28th or until the room block sells out. Please reference "AFVI Clean Cities" when making reservations. You may call 602-253-4121.

Government Rate: $109. There are a limited number of rooms available at this federal government rate.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is served by 23 airlines which provide nonstop service from Phoenix to 89 cities in the United States and 17 cities in Canada, Mexico and Europe. Your search for an alternatively fueled taxi to take you to the Phoenix Wyndham will be effortless. All of the vehicles operating at the airport are required to run on alternative fuels.

Yes. You can purchase guest tickets for the evening receptions.

What is the attire?
Resort casual is appropriate attire.

What is the cancellation policy?
There are no refunds for cancellations, but substitutions within the same organization are welcome at any time.

How do I get to the Convention Center?

Will I receive a registration confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been received.

If I will require special accommodations at the Congress who do I notify?

If I sign up for the Congress but can only attend one day, can I send someone else on the other day?
No. However, to accommodate one day registrants we do offer a single-day registration for $299 on-site.

When does the early bird rate end?
The last day to register at the discounted rate is March 24, 2006.

What is the latest date I can pre-register?
Pre-registrations must be received by April 28, 2006. After that date you can register at a higher rate on-site.
